RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
-Call for an RA number, which is REQUIRED for all returns and exchanges. RA numbers not obtained within 48 hours of receipt may be rejected. This is to prevent the practice of seeking a refund after the clothing is used for an event.
-Only items that are in brand new condition and in original packaging can be returned. Customer will be responsible for return shipping and a 10% restocking fee.
-Only items that are in brand new condition and in original packaging can be exchanged. Customer will be responsible for all shipping.
-In the case of a defect or order error, call for an RA number and a prepaid return shipping ticket.
-Hemmed pants and opened tuxedo shirts are not returnable.
-Worn clothing items will not be accepted.
